Experience hand-shaved Black Truffles from the Rodero region in Piedmont of Italy – arguably the greatest truffles in the world – paired with an exciting selection of wines from the region.

Langhe Arneis paired with Burrata Pugliese Ripiena e Fritti

Nebiolo Roero Riserva paired with Tajarin

Barolo Docg paired with Lambchetta

Birbet (Brachetto) paired with Cremoso di Cioccolato e Castagne

The Wines

Langhe Arneis, from the young vines of the estate vineyards in the Roero. A delicate wine with hints of grapefruit, melon, hazelnut, and fresh chamomile.

Barbera d’Alba Superiore, the everyday drinking wine of the Piedmont. Like Pinot Noir but with more wild and earthy aromatics.

Roero Riserva, the flagship wine from the family estate inherited by their father in 1946. The fruit is dark cherry with hints of toasted oak and tarragon. 

Barolo, Italy’s most noble region for winemaking which dates back to the Savoie family before they began the unification of Italy. This wine combines surprising intensity with a subtlety that is rarely matched. 

Birbet (Brachetto), related to Moscato, this aromatic red wine is bright with red fruits and flowers with a hint or orange in the refreshing finish.
